BASKETBALL: No positive case of COVID-19 recorded in the final round of test

In the final round of Covid-19 test conducted as the National Basketball Association (NBA) gears up towards its restart, no player tested positive.

“A total of 344 test have been conducted so far in the league’s on-site ‘bubble’ since the last results were announced on July 20, with no player testing positive”,  A statement from the NBA and the National Basketball Players’ Association (NBPA) said.

There were also no positive case recorded from 346 tests conducted in the last batch. Only two players returned positive from 322 test on Monday July 13.

The New Orleans Pelicans will face the Utah Jazz while the Los Angeles Lakers will face the Los Angeles Clippers in a double header at Walt Disney World, Orlando on Thursday.
