A California based man who spiked his colleagues’s water bottle and honey jar with semen for rejecting his advances has been convicted.
The 30 year old man, Steve Milliancastro, became spiteful and vengeful after his female colleague rejected his advances.
The co-worker had complained to her bosses about the way Steve stared at her and subsequently followed up with a complaint to the HR department.
The victim had on several occasions noticed a “suspicious whitish substance” in her water bottle and inorder to solve the mystery her boss agreed to put a surveillance camera directly facing her desk.
According to Mercury News the footage showed Millancastro had waited until the woman left before smearing his semen from a tissue on to her keyboard.
Steve was convicted of assault and battery on Monday, September,21.
His semen was also found in the water bottles and jar of honey, according to investigators.
The woman stated in her testimony that Steve made her feel “very, very uncomfortable.”
She said she was “disgusted” to find the bodily fluid on her personal property.
The crimes occurred in La Palma, California, between November 2016 and January 2017.
A sentencing is due to take place on October 6. Millancastro could face up to two years and six months in prison.
He will also be resgistered as sexual offender.
