Nigerians on Twitter have reacted to the news of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), discharging over 11,000 patients in 24 hours.
Following the daily updates by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), through their official twitter handle, @NCDCgov, on August 3 2020, 288 new cases were recorded, which summed up to 44,129 confirmed cases, 20,663 discharged patients and 896 deaths.
However, on August 4 2020, the NCDC recorded another 304 new cases of COVID-19, which summed up to a total number of 44,433 confirmed cases, 31,851 discharged patients and 910 deaths
Following the results of the former and the latter, a total number of 11,188 patients were discharged in 1 day.
