Thiago Alcântara do Nascimento’s move from Bayern Munich to Liverpool is set to be completed on Friday according to Skysports.
Liverpool will pay £20m guaranteed plus £5m bonuses to Bayern for Thiago and the midfielder will put on the jersey No. 6
The contract will last for four years and it will keep the Spaniard at Anfield until the summer of 2024
The 29-year-old ex-Barcelona player, helped Bayern win a treble last season, as they beat Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final last month in Lisbon.
Paying tribute to Thiago, Bayern head coach, Hansi Flick said, he (Thiago) is an exceptional player and he had said his goodbyes to players and staff at the club on Twitter.

Thiago joined Bayern in 2013 where he won seven Bundesliga titles and four DFB-Pokal cups.
