Sergio Ramos scored his 100 goals for Real Madrid as they beat Inter Milan 3-2 in Tuesday’s Champions League clash at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium.
France international Karim Benzema put Zinedine Zidane’s men ahead 25 minutes into the game and captain Sergio Ramos double the lead eight minute later with a superb header from a coner kick.
The goal marks Ramos one hundred goals for the club in all competitions, of the 100 goals 55 have been headed goals.
Lautaro Martinez pulled one back for Inter from a well-taken strike in the 35th minutes to end the first-half 2-1 in favour of Real Madrid.
Croatia international Ivan Perišić levelled for Antonio Conte’s side 23 minutes in the second half but Madrid regained the lead through Rodrygo’s late goal with ten minutes left for the referee to blow the final whistle.
Madrid will travel to Valencia on Sunday in the Laliga, while Inter Milan will be the guest of Atalanta in the Serie A on the same day.
